摘要
于2017年在福建省洋口国有林场苗圃,以长柱金花茶1.5 a的扦插苗为试验材料,以泥炭土、椰糠、河沙、蛭石和煤渣等5种基质原料按不同体积比配制成10种基质配方,研究10种基质对长柱金花茶盆栽成活率及株高、地径、冠幅、分枝数、叶长和叶宽等生长指标的影响。结果表明:长柱金花茶在J 4(纯蛭石)上生长表现最好,盆栽成活率100%,株高、地径、冠幅、分枝数、叶长和叶宽等指标值均优于其它9种基质,植株生长健壮、枝叶茂盛、叶色深绿有光泽;在J_(8)(V_(蛭石)∶V_(煤渣)=2∶1)上生长表现最差,成活率仅30%,株高、地径生长量最小,分枝及叶量少、叶片无光泽。表明J_(9)(V_(蛭石)∶V_(煤渣)∶V_(椰糠)=2∶1∶1)、J_(8)不宜作金花茶盆栽基质,J_(4)可作为4年生以下金花茶盆栽基质。
In 2017,at the nuvsery of the country forest form in Yangkou,Fujian Province,with the cutting seedlings of 18 months of Camellia nitidissima Chi var.Longistyla as materials,10 matrix were made with peat soil,coconut,river-sand,vermiculite and cinder according to different volume ratio,and the influence of 10 substrates on the survival rate and growth indexes of plant height,ground diameter,crown size,branches,leaf length and leaf width were studied.The results show that the cutting seedlings of Camellia nitidissima Chi var.Longistyla growed best on matrix J_(4)(pure vermiculite),potted survival rate was 100%,plant height,ground diameter,crown,branches,leaf length and leaf width are higher than that of the other 9 substrates.The survival rate is only 30%on J_(8)(V_(vermiculite)∶V_(cinder)=2∶1),plant height,ground diameter,crown,branches,leaf length and leaf width was lower.The matrix J_(9)(V_(vermiculite)∶V_(cinder)∶V_(coconut bran)=2∶1∶1)and J_(8)were unfavorable potted matrix for Camellia nitidissima Chi var.Longistyla,J_(4)can be used as the substrate of Camellia nitidissima Chi var.Longistyla potted under 4 years.
