摘要
为了推广沼渣在油茶嫁接育苗基质中的应用,选用黄心土、沼渣、椰糠为育苗基质,研究不同配比的基质对油茶嫁接幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:沼渣的有机质含量、氮、磷、钾元素含量高,总养分达到有机肥国家标准;重金属含量都在国家标准规定的范围内;可作为油茶育苗基质添加物。基质添加不同比例的沼渣,对油茶嫁接幼苗的苗高、地径、根长、地上部鲜重、根鲜重、地上部干重、根干重都有一定的影响,其中以87.5%的黄心土+2.5%的沼渣+10%的椰糠作为移栽基质较为合理,能有效促进油茶嫁接幼苗生长,使苗木粗壮。
In order to promote the application of biogas residue in the seedling substrate of the Camellia oleifera grafted seedlings,the biogas residue with different proportions was prepared and added to the seedling substrate,and the growth experiment of the Camellia oleifera grafted seedlings was carried out.The results showed that the different proportions of biogas residue added had certain effects on the seedling height,ground diameter,root length,above-ground fresh weight,root fresh weight,above-ground dry weight,and root dry weight of the grafted seedlings of Camellia oleifera,and showed a trend of increasing at first and then decreasing with the increase of biogas residue content.Among them,the substrate with 2.5%biogas residue could effectively promote the growth of the grafted seedlings of Camellia oleifera.
