综合护理干预在结直肠肿瘤患者围手术期护理中的应用效果

Effect of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Perioperative Nursing of Patients with Colorectal Tumor

目的分析结直肠肿瘤患者围手术期护理中综合护理干预的应用效果。方法随机选取82例于2018年3月至2019年2月我院收治的结直肠肿瘤患者为研究对象,并以计算机随机法均分为对照组与研究组,每组41例。所有患者均接受手术治疗,并分别给予常规护理与综合护理干预,同时将干预效果进行组间对照研究。结果术前及术后研究组患者焦虑评分(41.23±8.67)分与(36.25±7.05)分均少于对照组的(57.64±9.18)分与(57.64±9.59)分;术后住院、肛门排气及肠鸣音恢复时间(8.26±1.05)d、(63.23±9.51)h、(34.96±6.81)h均较对照组的(10.35±1.16)d、(77.84±11.69)h、(42.89±8.28)h用时更短;术后并发症发生率4.88%较对照的21.95%更低,护理满意度95.12%较对照组80.48%更高;以上数据对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预在结直肠肿瘤患者围手术期护理中的应用效果明显,可缩短住院时间,减轻焦虑,避免并发症的发生。

Objective To analyze the application effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative nursing of patients with colorectal tumor.Methods A total of 82 patients with colorectal cancer admitted to our hospital from March 2018 to February 2019 were randomly selected as the study subjects,and were divided into control group and study group by computer randomized method,41 cases in each group.All patients received surgical treatment,and were given conventional nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention,at the same time,the effect of intervention was compared between groups.Results The preoperative and postoperative anxiety scores of patients in the study group(41.23±8.67)points and(36.25±7.05)points were lower than those in the control group(57.64±9.18)points and(57.64±9.59)points.Postoperative hospitalization,anal exhaust and bowel sound recovery time(8.26±1.05)d,(63.23±9.51)h,(34.96±6.81)h were shorter than the control group(10.35±1.16)d,(77.84±11.69)h,(42.89±8.28)h;the incidence of postoperative complications(4.88%)was lower than 21.95%of the control group,and nursing satisfaction(95.12%)was higher than 80.48%of the control group.The comparison of the above data was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in perioperative nursing of patients with colorectal tumor has obvious effect,which can shorten hospitalization time,reduce anxiety and avoid complications.
