阿立哌唑治疗儿童孤独症与精神发育迟滞患儿的临床效果

Clinical Effect of Aripiprazole on Autism and Mental Retardation in Children

目的分析评价儿童孤独症与精神发育迟滞患儿采取阿立哌唑治疗的临床效果。方法本次将医院在2018年1月至2019年1月收治的78例儿童孤独症与精神发育迟滞患儿作为研究的对象,以随机数表法,将所有患儿分成两组,每组39例患儿;其中,对照组患儿采取利培酮口腔崩解片治疗,观察组患儿采取阿立哌唑治疗,进一步对两组患儿的临床治疗效果(其中,包括临床症状缓解率、生活质量评分、睡眠质量评分、Conners父母量表评分、用药不良反应的总发生率)进行对比评价。结果在生活质量评分、睡眠质量评分、Conners父母量表评分上,两组患儿治疗前对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,在生活质量评分方面,观察组均显著高于对照组,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组的睡眠质量评分及Conners父母量表评分则均显著低于对照组,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在临床症状缓解率方面,治疗后,观察组为94.87%,显著高于对照组的71.79%,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在用药不良反应的总发生率方面,治疗后,观察组为7.69%,显著低于对照组的38.46%,两组之间的数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对儿童孤独症与精神发育迟滞患儿,对其实施阿立哌唑治疗的疗效显著,可以改善患儿的生活质量、Conners父母量表评分及睡眠质量,并提高其临床症状缓解率,降低用药不良反应的总发生率,安全且高效。

Objective To analyze and evaluate the clinical effect of aripiprazole in children with autism and mental retardation.Methods In this study,78 children with autism and mental retardation admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were selected as the research object.All the children were divided into two groups by random number table method,with 39 children in each group.Among them,the control group was treated with risperidone orally disintegrating tablets,and the observation group was treated with aripiprazole,further the clinical treatment effects of the two groups of children(including clinical symptom remission rate and quality of life scores,the sleep quality score,parents Conners rating scale,the total incidence of adverse reactions)were compared and evaluated.Results There was no significant difference in the scores of quality of life,sleep quality and Conners Parents Scale between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of quality of life in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The score of sleep quality and Conners Parents Scale in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group,and the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of clinical symptom relief rate,after treatment,the observation group was 94.87%,significantly higher than the control group(71.79%),and the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of the total incidence of adverse drug reactions,after treatment,the observation group was 7.69%,significantly lower than 38.46%of the control group,and the data difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For children with autism children with mental retardation,o imposed set pp azole treatment the curative effect is distinct,can improve the quality of life of children,parents Conners rating scale and sleep quality,and improve the clinical symptom remission rate,reduce the incidence of drug adverse reaction of total,safe and efficient.
