摘要
目的分析将微创技术应用至创伤骨科临床治疗中的效果。方法本次研究对象为医院接受治疗的150例骨科患者,患者的入院时间在2018年1月至2021年1月,将所有患者按照随机抽签法分为两组,即观察组(实施微创技术治疗)和对照组(实施常规治疗),每组75例。比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组术中出血量、换药次数少于对照组,创口愈合时间短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组在治疗前的生活质量评分和疼痛评分与对照组比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),但在治疗后,两组的生活质量评分呈上升趋势,且观察组显著高于对照组,两组的疼痛评分呈下降趋势,且观察组明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在创伤骨科的临床治疗中,相较于常规治疗方案,微创技术治疗的效果更理想,对患者的创伤更小,能够最大程度的减轻患者的疼痛感,促进患者身体的康复,且术后出现并发症的风险更低。
Objective To analyze the effect of applying minimally invasive technology to the clinical treatment of traumatic orthopedics.Methods The subjects of this study were 150 orthopedic patients treated in our hospital.The admission time of the patients was from January 2018 to January 2021.All patients were randomly divided into two groups,namely the observation group(minimally invasive technology treatment)and the control group.The effect of the two groups was compared.Results The amount of intraoperative blood loss and the number of dressing changes in the observation group were less than those in the control group,and the wound healing time was shorter than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the quality of life score and pain score between the observation group and the control group before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,the quality of life scores in the two groups showed an upward trend,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group,the pain scores of the two groups showed a downward trend,and the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of trauma orthopaedics,compared with the conventional treatment plan,the effect of minimally invasive treatment is more ideal,the trauma to the patient is smaller,the pain of the patient can be reduced to the greatest extent,and the recovery of the patient's body can be promoted.There is a lower risk of complications.
