综合护理干预在糖尿病肾病患者护理中的应用效果

Application of Comprehensive Nursing Intervention in Nursing Diabetic Nephropathy

目的探讨糖尿病肾病患者护理工作中应用综合护理干预的效果,实现对现有临床治疗方案的优化调整,实现对糖尿病肾病患者治疗成效的科学介入。方法选取医院2018年3月至2019年3月接诊的糖尿病肾病患者82例作为研究对象,通过随机数表法对所选糖尿病肾病患者加以分组,给予其中41例糖尿病肾病患者常规护理措施(对照组),给予剩余41例糖尿病肾病患者护理干预措施(观察组),对比两组患者接受不同护理干预方案后的生存质量。结果护理干预后,观察组患者的躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能以及物质功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对糖尿病肾病患者,为其提供综合护理干预措施的效果理想,能够显著改善患者的生存质量,并且综合护理干预操作难度相对较低,相关护理环节成熟,具备进行临床层面推广的意义与价值。

Objective To explore the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the nursing work of diabetic nephropathy patients,to realize the optimization and adjustment of the existing clinical treatment plan,and to realize the scientific intervention of the treatment effect of diabetic nephropathy patients.Methods Select hospital in March 2018 to March 2019 departments of 82 patients with diabetic nephropathy as the research object,through the stochastic indicator method for selected patients with diabetic nephropathy group,giving the 41 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients with routine nursing(control group),giving the remaining 41 cases of diabetic nephropathy patients nursing interventions(observation group),compare the two groups of patients after receiving different nursing intervention program quality of life.Results After nursing intervention,the scores of physical function,social function,psychological function and material function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with diabetic nephropathy,the effect of providing comprehensive nursing intervention is ideal,can significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and the operation difficulty of comprehensive nursing intervention is relatively low,the relevant nursing link is mature,has the significance and value of clinical promotion.
