舒适护理联合健康教育应用于肺心病患者护理中的效果

Effect of Comfort Nursing Combined with Health Education in Nursing Care of Patients with Pulmonary Heart Sisease

目的通过对比简列数据,探讨舒适护理联合健康教育应用于肺心病患者护理中的临床效果,并验证此项护理模式的有效性、安全性。方法选择2018年1月至2020年1月在本院诊治的60例肺心病患者,按抽签的方式按人数均分为两组,将其均分为对照组(30例)和观察组(30例),分别予以常规护理和舒适护理联合健康教育。比较并分析两组患者护理前后舒适度评分、疾病认知度评分以及护理后临床依从性、护理满意度评价情况。将相关数据予以统计分析并做总结性报告。结果观察组患者的护理效果显优且具有一定实施价值,其护理效果各项评分改善情况显著优于对照组患者的相关情况,与护理前相比,两组舒适度评分、疾病认知度评分均有所提高,但观察组明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者临床依从性、护理满意度评价均显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肺心病患者护理中实施将精细化、针对性强的舒适护理联合健康教育,其效果确切,能够显著提高患者临床依从性,减少并发症。另外,其护理效果较为理想且安全性较高,可在提升护理质量的同时提升疾病认知度及舒适度,同时还可提高护理满意度,具有显著的应用效果。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of comfort nursing combined with health education in the nursing of patients with cor pulmonale,and to verify the effectiveness and safety of this nursing model.Methods Sixty patients with cor pulmonale diagnosed and treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were divided into two groups according to the number of people by lot.They were divided into control group(30 cases)and observation group(30 cases).They were given routine nursing and comfort nursing combined with health education respectively.The comfort score,disease awareness score,clinical compliance and nursing satisfaction were compared and analyzed between the two groups before and after nursing.Make statistical analysis of relevant data and make a summary report.Results The nursing effect of patients in the observation group was excellent and had certain implementation value.The improvement of nursing effect scores was significantly better than that of patients in the control group.Compared with before nursing,the comfort score and disease awareness score of the two groups were improved,but the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The evaluation of clinical compliance and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of fine and targeted comfort nursing combined with health education in the nursing of patients with cor pulmonale has a definite effect,which can significantly improve patients'clinical compliance and reduce complications.In addition,the nursing effect is ideal and the safety is high.It can not only improve the nursing quality,but also improve the disease awareness and comfort,but also improve the nursing satisfaction.It has significant application effect.
