快速康复外科理念在腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中的应用价值

Application Value of the Concept of Rapid Rehabilitation Surgery in Perioperative Nursing of Laparoscopic Cholecystectomy

目的探究腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术期护理中应用快速康复外科理念的价值。方法本次研究对象是2018年5月至2019年5月在本院进行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的90例患者,采用双模拟法分组,在围手术期护理中试验组采用快速康复外科理念,常规组采用传统护理,比较两组的护理效果。结果试验组首次肛门排气时间、进食时间、下床活动时间、住院时间比常规组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组护理满意度比常规组高,分别为97.78%和82.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组并发症发生率比常规组低,分别为2.22%和13.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在腹腔镜胆囊切除术围手术护理中应用快速康复外科理念,能促进患者术后恢复,减少并发症的发生,提高护理满意度。

Objective To explore the value of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy.Methods The subjects of this study were 90 patients who underwent laparoscopic cholecystectomy in our hospital from May 2018 to May 2019.They were grouped by double simulation method.In perioperative care,the experimental group adopted the concept of fast recovery surgery,while the routine group adopted traditional nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time of first anal exhaust,time of eating and time of getting out of bed in experimental group was faster than that in conventional group,and the length of hospital stay was shorter than that in conventional group,with statistical significance(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of experimental group was higher than that of conventional group(97.78%and 82.22%,respectively),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate of experimental group was lower than that of conventional group(2.22%and 13.33%,respectively),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in perioperative nursing of laparoscopic cholecystectomy can promote postoperative recovery,reduce complications and improve nursing satisfaction.
