肺结核大咯血患者护理中采取针对性护理模式的效果及对满意度的影响

Effect and Satisfaction of Targeted Nursing Model in the Nursing of Massive Hemoptysis of Pulmonary Tuberculosis

目的探讨针对性护理模式在肺结核大咯血护理中的应用效果以及对满意度的影响。方法64例入组对象均筛选自本院收治的肺结核患者,研究起止时间为2019年1~12月,随机进行分组,对照组(32例)实施常规护理,观察组(32例)给予针对性护理模式。对比两组患者的满意度分数、疾病知识学习情况、住院时间以及并发症出现情况。结果观察组并发症出现例数少于对照组,满意度评分、疾病知识学习评分高于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在肺结核大咯血患者护理过程中予以针对性护理,提高患者对疾病的认知,加快病情恢复速度,使患者获得较好的护理体验。

Objective To study the effect of targeted nursing mode in the nursing of massive hemoptysis of tuberculosis and the influence of satisfaction.Methods A total of 64 patients were selected from our hospital.The study time was from January 2019 to December 2019.They were randomly divided into control group(32 cases)and observation group(32 cases).The satisfaction score,disease knowledge learning,hospitalization time and complications of the two schemes were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the number of complications in the control group was more than that in the control group,the satisfaction score and disease knowledge learning were lower,and the length of hospitalization was longer,there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the nursing of massive hemoptysis of pulmonary tuberculosis,it is necessary to do well in targeted nursing,improve the patients'cognition of the disease,accelerate the disease,and obtain better nursing experience.
