摘要
文章以2001—2009年中国省际面板数据为依托,利用门限模型检验了高技术产业空间集聚与区域创新绩效之间的关系。结果表明:高技术产业空间集聚有利于提升区域创新绩效水平,且这一影响存在门限效应,当高技术产业集聚水平由低向高偏移时,集聚效应对区域创新绩效的影响呈现出由不显著到高水平正显著再到低水平正显著转变的趋势。进一步利用中介效应模型考察发现,在R&D投入的中介作用下,高技术产业空间集聚对区域创新绩效影响更显著。因此,政府应加大R&D投入,继续提升区域创新绩效动能;合理利用创新要素,实现高技术产业有效集聚;培育创新活动土壤,推动高技术产业区域创新。
Based on China's inter provincial panel data from 2001 to 2009,the paper uses the threshold model to test the relation-ship between high-tech industrial spatial agglomeration and regional innovation performance.The results show that high-tech industrial spatial agglomeration is conducive to improving the level of regional innovation performance,and this impact has a threshold effect.When the level of high-tech industrial agglomeration shifts from low to high,the impact of agglomeration effect on regional innovation performance shows a trend from insignificant to high level and then to low level.Further using the intermediary effect model,it is found that under the intermediary effect of R&D investment,the spatial agglomeration of high-tech industries has a more significant impact on regional innov-ation performance.Therefore,the government should increase R&D investment and continue to improve the momentum of regional innovation performance;Make rational use of innovative elements to realize the effective agglomeration of high-tech industries;Create a soil for innovation activities and promote regional innovation of high-tech industries.
