基于肠道微环境以“肝脾建中”论治非酒精性脂肪肝病

Diff erentiation and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease with the method of liver and spleen invigorating the middle jiao based on the intestinal microenvironment

非酒精性脂肪肝病既是代谢综合征的果,亦是因,严重影响人类健康。肝脾一体强调肝脾生理上的协同作用,体现了肝脾生克制化的五行体系。探讨肝脾一体的渊源与机制,阐释两者内在关系,即:病理上两者为肝郁脾虚、脾虚肝陷和肝脾两虚的逻辑关系;以方测证,肝脾建中具有重要的临床意义,肝脾建中治疗非酒精性脂肪肝与肠道微生态的现代研究显示,肝脾建中—肠道微环境—非酒精性脂肪肝三者具有相关性。该结论为非酒精性脂肪肝的中医防治及现代研究提供了新的思路。

Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease is both the result and cause of metabolic syndrome,which seriously aff ects human health.The idea of liver and spleen functioning as a whole emphasizes the physiological synergy of the two organs,and reflects the interrelationship between generation and restriction of the liver and spleen in the fi ve phases system.This paper explores the origin and mechanisms of the idea of liver and spleen functioning as a whole,and discusses their internal relationship,that is,pathologically,the two organs bear the logical relationship of the stagnation of liver qi leading to spleen defi ciency,sinking of liver qi due to spleen defi ciency,and defi ciency of both liver and spleen.Determining syndromes through formula eff ect assessment,the method of liver and spleen invigorating the middle jiao has an important clinical signifi cance.The modern research basis of the method in the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver based on the intestinal microecology lies in the fact that the three aspects are related.This conclusion is supposed to provide a new idea for the TCM prevention and treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver and the modern research on the disease.
