镇肝熄风汤治疗阴虚风动型急性缺血性脑卒中

Clinical study on the clinical efficacy of Zhen’gan Xifeng Decoction in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with the pattern of stirring wind due to yin deficiency

目的探讨镇肝熄风汤治疗阴虚风动型急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法纳入阴虚风动型急性缺血性脑卒中患者100例,随机分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组予西医常规治疗方案,观察组加服镇肝熄风汤,7 d为1个疗程,共治疗14 d。观察并记录治疗前后2组临床疗效,神经功能、运动功能、生活自理能力改善情况及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗后,观察组总有效率(84%,42/50)明显高于对照组(68%,34/50)(P<0.05);治疗后,2组神经缺损、运动功能、生活自理能力较治疗前均有改善,观察组显著优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生情况较对照组更少(P<0.05)。结论镇肝熄风汤治疗阴虚风动型急性缺血性脑卒中疗效确切,能够提升整体治疗效果,改善预后,且安全性高。

Objective To investigate the clinical effi cacy of Zhen’gan Xifeng Decoction in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with the pattern of stirring wind due to yin defi ciency.Methods A total of 100 patients with acute ischemic stroke of the pattern of stirring wind due to yin defi ciency were enrolled in the study and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given the routine treatment of western medicine,while the observation group was additionally given Zhen’gan Xifeng Decoction,with seven days as a course of treatment and fourteen days in total.The clinical efficacy,improvement of neurological function,motor function,self-care ability and occurrence of adverse reactions in the two groups before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Results After treatment,the total eff ective rate(84%,42/50)of the observation group was signifi cantly higher than that of the control group(68%,34/50)(P<0.05).After treatment,the nerve defect,motor function and self-care ability of the two groups were improved,and the observation group was signifi cantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Zhen’gan Xifeng Decoction is eff ective in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke with the pattern of stirring wind due to yin deficiency,which can improve the overall treatment effect and prognosis with a higher safety.
