红景天苷抗胃癌的多重效应机制

Mechanisms of the multiple effects of salidroside on anti gastric cancer

红景天为景天科红景天属草本或亚灌木植物,其种类繁多,药理作用广泛,其提取物红景天苷为对羟基苯乙醇,即酪醇,具有抗炎、调节血压、免疫调节和抗癌等多种生物活性。红景天苷的抗癌作用日益引起重视,成为肿瘤防治的一个研究热点。本文从红景天苷诱导自噬、诱导凋亡,调控血管生成、克服耐药化疗增敏、抗炎、增强免疫力等几个方面展开综述,概述了红景天及其活性提取物的抗胃癌作用,为肿瘤的药物防治研究与临床应用提供理论依据。

Rhodiola rosea is a herbaceous or subshrub plant of the Rhodiola genus in family sedum,which has a wide variety of species and extensive range of pharmacological effects.Its extract salidroside,also known as p-hydroxyphenylethanol or tyrosol,has many biological activities such as anti-inflammation,blood pressure regulation,immunomodulation and anti-cancer.The anticancer eff ect of salidroside has attracted increasing attention and has become a research hotspot in tumor prevention and treatment.This paper reviews the anti gastric cancer eff ects of salidroside and its active extracts from the aspects of inducing autophagy,inducing apoptosis,regulating angiogenesis,overcoming resistance to chemotherapy,anti-infl ammation and enhancing immunity,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the research and clinical application of drug prevention and treatment of tumors.
