挥发性有机物泡沫阻隔技术研究

摘要 通过对一系列发泡剂和稳泡剂进行筛选,确定了一种能长时间阻隔挥发性有机物(VOCs)的泡沫配方,考察了泡沫对VOCs的阻隔效果及稳定性。实验结果表明,当发泡液中软脂酸钾、α-烯烃磺酸钠和阿拉伯胶的质量分数分别为2%,2%,0.5%时,形成的泡沫稳定性最好,泡沫25%析液时间可达3500 min;将泡沫覆盖在VOCs污染介质(土壤或水)表面,能立即阻隔介质中的VOCs向空气中扩散,且阻隔效果可维持24 h以上。该技术在VOCs物料泄漏应急处理和土壤VOCs污染快速阻隔方面具有广阔的应用前景。 A recipe of foam for long-term volatile organic compounds(VOCs)blocking was confirmed after screening of a series of foaming agent and foam stabilizer,and the VOCs blocking effect and stability of the foam were investigated.The experimental results show that when the mass fraction of potassium palmitate,sodiumα-olefin sulfonate and gum arabic in the foaming solution is 2%,2%and 0.5%,respectively,the stability of the formed foam is the best with a 25%drainage time of 3500 min;When the foam is covered on the surface of VOCs contaminated media(water or soil),the diffusion of VOCs from the media into the air is blocked immediately,and the blocking effect can last for more than 24 h.This technology has broad application prospects in emergency treatment of VOCs leaking and rapid blocking of soil VOCs pollution.
