浅冷油吸收技术在炼厂干气预精制装置的流程比选及工业应用

摘要 介绍了浅冷油吸收技术在某炼化公司0.56 Mt/a炼厂干气预精制装置的工艺流程比选及工业应用情况。装置配套变压吸附(PSA)氢提纯设施,以炼厂干气为原料,分别回收催化裂化(FCC)干气中富乙烯气、PSA解吸气中富乙烷气,同时回收氢气。实验结果表明,比选结果最终确定采用“两头一尾”工艺流程;FCC干气经浅冷油吸收后,富乙烯气中乙烯及乙烷的含量提浓至45.65%,35.64%(φ);PSA解吸气经浅冷油吸收后,富乙烷气体中乙烷的含量提浓至61.98%(φ);装置产品富乙烯气及富乙烷气的收率分别为15.27%,33.12%。 The industry application and the flow process selection of cold oil absorption technology in the 0.56 Mt/a refinery dry gas pre-refining unit of a refinery&chemical company were introduced,the flow process of“two heads and one tail”was selected at last.The unit supporting pressure swing adsorption(PSA)hydrogen purification facilities,used refinery dry gas as feedstock to recover ethylene-rich gas in fluid catalytic cracking(FCC)dry gas,ethane-rich gas in PSA desorption gas,and hydrogen gas at the same time.The calibration result indicated that after the FCC dry gas was absorbed by the cold oil absorption,the volume fractions of ethylene and ethane in the ethylene-rich gas were respectively concentrated to 45.65%(φ)and 35.64%(φ).After the PSA desorption gas was absorbed by the cold oil absorption,the volume fractions of the ethane in the ethane-rich gas was increased to 61.98%(φ).The yields of ethylene-rich gas and ethane-rich gas in the device were 15.27%and 33.12%,respectively.
