综合能源项目效益评价体系构建 被引量:1

摘要 综合能源系统作为一种新兴能源供应体系,应用情景广泛,同时综合能源服务项目涉及诸多领域与技术类型,赋予了项目较高的经济性与节能环保性。然而综合能源项目大多处在尝试阶段,缺乏较为完整的评价体系来评价其功效,对综合能源建设布局无法发挥指引作用。因此,科学分析综合能源系统项目的特点,在此基础上提出实践性强、方便推广、用于评价综合能源服务项目综合效益的方法,方便企业管理层对综合能源服务项目的综合效益予以准确且科学的评价,进而对综合能源服务市场科学布局提供指导,对推动企业向智能电网运营商、能源产业价值链整合商、能源生态系统服务商转型具有支撑作用。
