高职院校校企协同育人模式的创新与实践——以抚顺职业技术学院电子商务专业群为例 被引量:9

摘要 针对高职产教融合、校企协同育人普遍存在校企合作广度不够、产教融合程度不深及学生培养通道不畅等问题,以抚顺职业技术学院电子商务专业校企协同育人模式创新与实践为例,通过创新体制机制、创建校企协同育人模式、创建“三融一通”人才培养模式等具体创新与实践,推进校企合作,打造校企命运共同体,探索双元育人模式,协同为地方经济社会发展和产业转型升级培养高素质技术技能型人才。 In view of the problems of industry-education integration and school-enterprise collaborative education in higher vocational colleges, such as the lack of breadth and depth of school-enterprise integration and the lack of student training channels, the innovation and practice of school-enterprise collaborative education mode in e-commerce major of Fushun Vocational Technology Institute is taken as an example. Through the innovation of system and mechanism, the establishment of school-enterprise collaborative education mode, the creation of new talent training mode and other specific innovation and practice, it promotes school-enterprise cooperation, builds a community with a shared future for schools and enterprises, explores the dual education mode, and jointly cultivates high-quality technical and skilled talents for local economic and social development and industrial transformation and upgrading.
