示范性职教集团(联盟)建设路径优化研究

Research on the Path Optimization of Demonstrative Vocational Education Group (Alliance) Construction

当前示范性职教集团的建设中存在着利益分配、资源共享与信息交互三方面的短板。基于这一角度提出了“形成职教集团品牌化,优化利益分配体系;形成集团内人才交互模式,达成资源共享目的;实现集团内部信息交互,全面释放效能”的路径,并指出政府主导型的职教集团建设模式的必要性,明确校企联盟建设的重要性。

At present, there are three shortcomings in the construction of demonstrative vocational education groups:interest distribution, resource sharing and information interaction. The paper proposes forming the brand of vocational education group and optimizing the benefit distribution system, forming the talent interaction mode within the group to achieve the purpose of resource sharing, and realizing information exchange within the group to fully release efficiency.It also points out the necessity of government-led vocational education group construction mode, and makes clear the importance of school-enterprise alliance construction.
