摘要 高职学生具备工匠精神不仅是社会精神层面的要求,也是社会经济发展的必然需求。当前高职院校存在校企融合不紧密、“双师”力量薄弱、社会认可度不高等问题。为此,以沈阳中德学院的发展经验总结出一些措施:学院要对教师进行“双师”培养,与企业进行校企联合育人,采用“双元制”对学生进行培养。对于学徒的培养,不要局限于课堂教育,还要渗透到学院日常工作及人才培养的始终。 It is not only the requirement of social spirit but also the inevitable demand of social economic development that higher vocational students possess craftsmanship spirit. At present, there are some problems in higher vocational colleges, such as the lack of school-enterprise integration, the weak strength of "double-qualified teachers" and the low social recognition. Therefore, some measures are summarized based on the development experience of Shenyang Sino-German Institute: the college should implement "double-qualified teachers" training, and cooperate with enterprises to train students adopting "dual system". The training of apprentices should not be limited to classroom education, but also permeate into the daily work and talent training of the college.
