摘要 目前高职院校学生存在抑郁、焦虑、网络成瘾、心灵脆弱敏感、就业压力增加等问题,影响了学生的成长。为此,高职院校要开展有成效的第二课堂,激发育人活力、突破融合全面育人模式、丰富实践内容、打造师资队伍、创新评价体系、形成育人合力,真正做到将心理健康教育外化于行,内化于心。 There exist problems such as depression, anxiety, Internet addiction, fragile and sensitive mind, and increasing employment pressure among students in higher vocational colleges, which affect the growth of students.Therefore, higher vocational colleges should carry out effective second classroom activities, stimulate the vitality of education, integrate the mode of comprehensive education, enrich the practice content, build the teaching staff, innovate in the evaluation system, and form the joined forces of education, so as to truly externalize mental health education in action and internalize it in heart.
