摘要
【目的】针对隰县各乡镇玉露香梨种植区域同一时期采收品质不一致的问题,分别对不同海拔高度,0℃以上有效积温,玉露香梨的果实生育期、成熟期果实外观表现、果实的内在品质进行研究,明确隰县玉露香梨种植区域成熟期分区采收区划。【方法】本试验以隰县各乡镇有代表性的玉露香梨园为材料,采用棋盘式五点取样法,研究了隰县各乡镇玉露香梨的品质比较。【结果】通过3年的应用,结果表明:隰县各乡镇玉露香梨果实生育期为148~156 d,果实生育期所需0℃以上有效积温2850℃~3020℃,采收成熟期果实含糖量达到12%以上;明确了隰县玉露香梨种植区域成熟期分区采收区划,划分为4个采收区,成熟期按时间先后采收顺序依次为,午城镇>阳头升乡、寨子乡>城南乡、龙泉镇>黄土镇、陡坡乡、下李乡。
【Objective】To study the growth period of Yuluxiang pear,the effective accumulated temperature above 0℃,the appearance performance of the fruit,and the internal quality of the fruit according to the different areas and altitudes where Yuluxiang pear are grown in various towns in Xi County,to clarify Xi Countythe divisional harvesting of Yuluxiang pear.【Method】In this experiment,the representative Yuluxiang pear orchards of various towns in Xi County were used as materials,and the quality comparison of Yuluxiang pear in various towns in Xi County was studied by using the checkerboard five-point sampling method.【Results】The results showed that the fruit growth period of Yuluxiang pear in each township in Xi County was 148~156 days.the effective accumulated temperature of Yuluxiang pear fruit in different elevation regions in Xi County was above 0℃,and the effective accumulated temperature was 2850℃~3020℃.Based on the quality standard of Yuluxiang pear,divided into four harvesting areas.
