何俊华双短姬蜂幼期形态记述

摘要 何俊华双短姬蜂Bicurta hejunhuai Liu,Yan&Broad,2019是白蜡外齿茎蜂Stenocephus fraxini Wei,2015的重要寄生性天敌。通过解剖采集于沈阳市白蜡树Fraxinus spp.的受害新梢和枝条中的白蜡外齿茎蜂幼虫,获取其体内的寄生蜂幼虫,结合饲养获得蛹和成虫,利用DNA条形码分子标记进行寄生蜂的物种匹配鉴定,确认白蜡外齿茎蜂幼虫体表卵泡中和体内不同大小的寄生蜂幼虫、蛹均为何俊华双短姬蜂。本文首次记述何俊华双短姬蜂各龄期幼虫(含预蛹)和蛹的形态学特征。何俊华双短姬蜂幼虫共5龄,不同龄期形态有变化,其中1~3龄幼虫第1~9腹节有侧刺突,末腹节有尾突,4~5龄幼虫各腹节侧刺突及尾突消失。 Bicurta hejunhuai Liu,Yan&Broad is one of the most important parasitoids of Stenocephus fraxini Wei a pest species on green trees Fraxinus spp.The parasitoid larvae of different stages were directly obtained by dissecting the host larvae of S.fraxini.The pupae and adults of B.hejunhuai were also collected from the branches of Fraxinus spp.damaged by S.fraxini.DNA barcoding was used to associate the parasitoid larvae and pupae with adult of B.hejunhuai.Larvae of all instars,prepupae and pupae were described and illustrated for the first time.A total of five instars in the larva of B.hejunhuai.Larvae of the first to third instars have a spine-like lateral projections on the first to ninth abdominal segments and a caudal projection on the terminal segment;theses projections disappear in later instars.
