摘要
本文重点讨论如何依据外场试验数据制定非平稳非高斯振动试验条件。基于地面和空中运载工具振动的产生机理,选用乘积公式作为运载器随机振动分析的统一模型。利用滑动平均将实测非平稳非高斯信号分解成平稳载波和时变调制波。提出了反映调制波时变特征的二次分解和综合算法。用外场实测数据演示了炮击振动、轮式车辆道路运输振动和火箭飞行振动的试验条件制定方法,为评估振动环境模拟真实性提供参考。
In This paper,we concentrate on the determination of an input specification for non-stationary and non-Gaussian random vibration testing.The product formula can be uniformly modeled for vehicle random vibration on the ground and in the air base on analyzing their generation mechanism.The measured non-stationary and non-Gaussian random signal is decomposed to the stationary carrier and time-varying modulated wave by the moving average.The secondary decomposition and synthetically algorithm is proposed to reflect the time-varying characteristics of modulated wave.A generalized vibration specification development technique are proposed and illustrated through the gunfire vibration,wheeled vehicle transport vibration and rocket flight vibration as a reference for simulation realistic.
