摘要
本文首先介绍了飞行器舱段结构可控辐射热环境虚拟试验技术,其中包含了地面辐射加热器的辐射传热分析模型、虚拟试验中热载荷PID反馈控制方法。然后针对典型舱段结构开展相应的可控辐射热环境虚拟试验分析,并把分析结果与地面试验数据进行比较。在虚拟试验热载荷PID控制作用下,热载荷控制曲线结果与地面实物试验控制结果十分符合,最大相对误差小于0.5%。虚拟试验所得的温度结果与试验测量结果之间的总体相对误差小于8%,满足解决工程问题的精度要求。同时,虚拟试验结果能够很好的反映出舱段结构温度场的分布特性,极大补充了地面实物试验数据。
The ground test pre-present technique of heating by thermal radiation with controllable heat loads for a cabin of aircraft structure test article is presented in this paper.In this ground test pre-present technique,the thermal radiation analysis models including thermal radiator,thermal reflector,and test article are built numerically.And a virtual PID method is applied to ensure the heat loads applied on the surface of the test article matching the set values.To validate this pre-present technique,a ground test for a typical cabin of aircraft structure is conducted with pre-present simulation on exactly the same conditions.The result shows that the relative error of temperature at the controller locations between the ground test and the simulation is less than 0.5%.And the overall relative error of temperature between the ground test and the simulation is no more than 8%which fulfills the requirement of solving engineering problems.Besides,the temperature field of the test article can be obtained at the same time.This can be a great compensation for the ground test data.
