摘要
针对铝锂合金室温下塑性变形能力差、成形精度低等问题,进行了不同温度和加载速度条件下2195铝锂合金弯曲工艺研究。通过单向拉伸和V型弯曲实验相结合的方法,分析了成形温度及加载速度对2195铝锂合金的力学性能以及弯曲过程中的弯曲力、弯曲回弹及微观组织的影响。结果表明,成形温度为140℃时,可以实现零件的无破裂V型弯曲成形,加载速度对2195铝锂合金力学性能及弯曲性能影响较大,加载速度越低抑制弯曲回弹的效果越好;成形温度为200℃时,由于温度较高材料出现了动态回复现象,加载速度对2195铝锂合金力学性能及弯曲性能的影响相对较小。
To solve the problems of poor plastic deformation capacity and low forming accuracy of Al-Li alloy at room temperature, the bending process with different temperatures and loading speeds was studied. The effect of temperature and loading speed on the mechanical properties, bending force, springback and microstructure in bending process was analyzed by the combination of uniaxial tensile and V-shape bending experiments. The results show that the parts are V-shape bending formed without fracture, the effect of loading speed on mechanical and bending properties of 2195 Al-Li alloy is larger and the restraining effect of low loading speed on springback is better at the forming temperature of 140 ℃. When the forming temperature is 200 ℃, the mechanical and bending properties of 2195 Al-Li alloy are less affected by loading speed due to the occurrence of dynamic recovery of meterials at higher temperature.
