摘要
普及化背景下我国高等教育发展需要高校克服同质化倾向,走差异化发展之路,高校分类发展就显得尤为重要。通过借鉴美国加利福尼亚州高等教育总体计划和卡内基高校分类体系,以及英国和欧洲大陆高校分类方法,对比分析我国不同历史阶段的高校分类经历,分别从高等教育发展规律、高等教育管理政策和高校的办学实际,探索我国高校分类发展的基本思路与方向。
Under the background of popularization,the development of China’s higher education needs colleges and universities to overcome the tendency of homogenization and take the road of differentiated development.The classified development of colleges and universities is particularly important.By learning from California higher education master plan and Carnegie University classification system,sorting out the experience of university classification in different historical stages in China,this paper summarizes the basic ideas and direction of the classified development of colleges and universities in China from the law of higher education development,the policy of higher education management and the reality of colleges and universities.
