摘要
人文知识与教师文化底蕴、人文品格与师德师爱、人文精神与终极关怀、人文行为与教育实践构成了中小学教师人文素质内涵的四个基本维度。高师生人文素质培养内容的选择与定位,应注重高师生特定的专业和职业特色,基于中小学教师人文素质的内涵,进行针对性的组织与架构。
The four basic dimensions of the connotation of the humanistic quality of primary and secondary school teachers are humanistic knowledge and teachers’cultural background,humanistic character and teachers’morality,humanistic spirit and ultimate concern,humanistic behavior and educational practice.The selection and orientation of the training content of the humanistic quality of teachers and students should pay attention to the specific professional and professional characteristics of teachers and students,and carry out the targeted organization and structure based on the connotation of the humanistic quality of primary and secondary school teachers.
