摘要
针对王家岭煤矿12301工作面回风巷受采空区不稳定矿压影响,所面临的一系列顶板安全问题,提出在12301工作面回风巷道采用高强预应力锚杆索组合支护技术。阐述了锚杆(索)支护理论,设计了12301工作面回风巷锚杆索组合支护技术参数,并采用数值模拟技术对支护效果进行了验证分析。结果表明,采用高强预应力锚杆索组合支护技术后,12301工作面回风巷掘进期间两帮位移最大值仅为11 mm,可见,所提出的支护技术具有较好的应用效果。
In view of a series of roof safety problems faced by the return air roadway of 12301 working face in Wangjialing Coal Mine affected by the unstable ground pressure in the goaf,it was proposed to adopt the high-strength prestressed bolt/cable combination support technology in the return air roadway of 12301 working face.This paper expounded the bolt and cable combination support theory,designed the bolt and cable combination support parameters of 12301 return air roadway,and verified and analyzed the support effect by numerical simulation technology.The results show that the maximum displacement of two sides during the excavation of 12301 return air roadway is only 11 mm after using high-strength prestressed bolt and cable combination support technology.It can be seen that the proposed support technology has good application effect.
