Application of Automation Technology in Fully Mechanized Mining Face of Xuehugou Coal Mine

以薛虎沟矿10102工作面为研究背景,对综采工作面自动化技术的应用进行研究,重点对综采工作面液压支架电液控制、采煤机实时监控、运输系统集中控制、视频监控系统的应用等进行了研究。工业实践验证了综采工作面自动化技术的可行性,可为矿井的智能化、自动化改造提供参考。

Taking the 10102 working face of Xuehugou Coal Mine as the research background,this paper studied the application of the automation technology in the fully mechanized mining face,focusing on the research of the application of the electro-hydraulic control of the hydraulic support,the real time monitoring of the shearer,the centralized control of the transportation system and video monitoring system of the fully mechanized mining face.The industrialization practice verifies the feasibility of the automation technology of the fully mechanized mining face,and provides a reference for the intelligent and automatic transformation of the mine.
