老年人居家护理安全研究现况及热点分析

Current situation and hotspot analysis of home care safety research for the elderly

目的分析老年人居家护理安全研究现况及热点。方法检索Web of Science^(TM)(WOS)核心数据库有关老年人居家护理安全研究的文献,检索时间为建库至2021年9月5日。运用Excel和VOSviewer软件对所纳入文献进行统计分析,统计历年发文情况;统计发文国家、发文作者、发文机构的分布情况,形成国家合作网络图谱、作者合作网络图谱、发文机构合作网络图谱;统计高频关键词信息,形成高频关键词聚类图谱。结果本研究共纳入文献5890篇,文献数量呈现逐年上升趋势;美国发文量位居第一,发文国家共形成5个合作聚类团体,且各团体内部以及团体之间合作较为紧密;高产作者是STEPHEN,发文较多的作者形成7个合作聚类团体;发文量位居前三的机构分别是悉尼新南威尔士大学、退伍军人健康管理局、悉尼大学,发文较多的机构共形成3个合作团体;研究热点主要包括居家护理质量与安全、跌倒预防与管理研究、居家用药管理、认知障碍老年人群的居家护理安全、现代信息技术与居家护理安全5个研究领域。结论老年人居家护理安全领域研究热点呈现多元化,未来研究应探究如何降低老年人的“数字鸿沟”,并积极探索老年人居家护理安全发展的策略。

Objective To analyze the current situation and hotspot of home care safety research for the elderly.Methods The literature on home care safety of the elderly in the core database of Web of Science^(TM)(WOS)were searched from the establishment of the database to September 5,2021.Excel and VOSviewer software were used for statis⁃tical analysis of the included literatures.Make statistics on the published information over the years,the distribution of sending countries,authors and institutions,and form the atlas of national cooperation network,author cooperation network and institution cooperation network.The information of high frequency keywords was counted and the cluster atlas of high frequency keywords was formed.Results A total of 5890 references were included in this study,and the number of ref⁃erences was increasing year by year.The United States ranked first in terms of the number of articles published,and 5 co⁃operative clusters were formed in all the countries that published articles,and the cooperation within and among the groups was relatively close.The most prolific author was STEPHEN,and the authors with more publications formed 7 cooperative clustering groups.University of New South Wales,Veterans'Health Administration and University of Sydney ranked the top three in terms of number of publications.The research hotspots mainly include five research areas:home care quality and safety,fall prevention and management,home medication management,home care safety for the elderly with cognitive impairment,modern information technology and home care safety.Conclusion The research hotspots in the field of home care safety for the elderly are diversified.Future research should explore how to reduce the"digital divide"of the elderly,and actively explore the strategies for the safe development of home care for the elderly.
