德性的养成:高职师范生职业道德教育的价值意蕴与实践路向 被引量:3

摘要 强化师范生的职业道德教育是筑牢立德铸魂育人根基的需要,是促进新时代教师队伍建设的内在动力源,也是师范生专业成长的内在要求。高职师范生的职业道德教育包括三方面:以坚定的政治信仰铸造师范生的“德性之魂”,以崇高的社会公德巩固师范生的“德性之本”,以深厚的学识涵养夯实师范生的“德性之基”。强化师范生的职业道德教育需要创建师范专业特色课程群,畅通教师德性养成的主渠道;以校园为中心构建师生德性互修共同体,增强学生对教师德性的体验感;构建创新型师德践行平台,拓展学生对教师德性的实践渠道;构建多方位多途径的职业道德教育“微循环”体系,增强教师德性教育的合力。 Strengthening the professional ethics education of normal students answers the need to build a solid foundation for building morality,casting soul and educating people.It is not only the internal power source to promote the construction of teachers in the new era,but also the internal requirement for the professional growth of normal students.The professional ethics education of higher vocational normal students includes three aspects:casting the"soul of virtue"of normal students with firm political belief,consolidating the"foundation of virtue"of normal students with lofty social morality,and consolidating the"foundation of virtue"of normal students with profound knowledge.To strengthen the professional ethics education of normal students,there are many jobs to do.First,establish the characteristic curriculum group of normal specialty and unblock the main channel for the cultivation of teachers'morality.Second,take the campus as the center to build a community of mutual cultivation of teachers'and students'virtue,so as to enhance students'experience of teachers'virtue.Third,build an innovative platform for practicing teachers'morality and enrich students'practice of teachers'morality.Last but not least,build a multi-directional and multi-channel"microcirculation"system of professional ethics education to enhance the joint force of teachers'moral education.
