摘要
目的:研究牛茄子叶95%乙醇洗脱组分化学成分。方法:以70%乙醇提取牛茄子叶,采用HP20大孔树脂、硅胶、ODS、SephadexLH-20等柱色谱法以及制备型HPLC,对牛茄子95%乙醇洗脱组分进行分离纯化,根据TLC、UV、IR、NMR、MS等分析手段鉴定化合物结构。结果:从牛茄子叶95%乙醇洗脱组分中分离得到15个甾体类化合物,分别鉴定为TrovosideC(1)、TrovosideD(2)、TrovosideL(3)、Trovoside J(4)、TrovosideK(5)、22R,23S,25S-3β,6α,23-trihydroxy-5α-spirostane-6-O-β-D-xylopyranosy-(1→3)-O-β-D-quinovopyranoside(6)、22R,23R,25S-3β,6α,23-trihydroxy-5α-spirostane-6-O-β-D-xylopyranosy-(1→3)-O-β-D-quinovopyranoside(7)、Spirostan-3,6,23-triol,(3β,5α,6β,23S,25R)(8)、Spirotorvoside(9)、PaniculoninA(10)、PaniculoninB(11)、(3β,5α,6α,25S)-3,6,26-三醇-20,22-裂环呋甾-20,22-二酮(12)、SolanolactosideA(13)、TorvpregnanosidesA(14)、TorvpregnanosidesB(15)。结论:共分离得到15个甾体类化合物,其中化合物1、2、8、9、10、11、13、14、15首次从牛茄子中分离出来。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of 95%ethanol elution layer of Solanum capsicoides Allioni..Methods:Leaves of Solanum capsicoides were extracted with 70%ethanol,and the 95%ethanol elution components were separated and purified by column chromatography with HP20 macroporous resin,silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC.The compounds were identified by TLC,UV,IR,NMR and MS.Results:15 steroids were isolated from the 95%ethanol eluent of leaves of Solanum capsicoides and identified as Trovoside C(1),Trovoside D(2),Trovoside L(3),Trovoside J(4),Trovoside K(5),22R,23S,25S-3β,6α,23-trihydroxy-5α-spirostane-6-O-β-D-xylopyranosy-(1→3)-O-β-D quinovopyranoside(6),22R,23R,25S-3β,6α,23-trihydroxy-5α-spirostane-6-O-β-D-xylopyranosy-(1→3)-O-β-D-quinovopy ranoside(7),Spirostan-3,6,23-triol,(3β,5α,6β,23S,25R)(8),Spirotorvoside(9),Paniculonin A(10),Paniculonin B(11),(3β,5α,6α,25S)-26-O-β-D-galactopyranosyl-3,6,26-trihydroxy-20,22-secofurostane-20,22-dione 6-O-β-D-xylopyranosyl-(1→3)-β-D-quinovopyranoside(12),Solanolactoside A(13),Torvpregnanosides A(14)and Torvpregnanosides B(15).Conclusion:There were 15 steroids isolated,among which 1,2,8,9,10,11,13,14,15 were isolated from Solanum capsicoides for the first time.
