加味四妙散联合针刺治疗湿热下注型急性痛风性关节炎的临床观察

Clinical Observation of Modified Simiao Powder Combined with Acupuncture in Treating Acute Gouty Arthritis of Damp-Heat Pouring Downward

目的:观察加味四妙散联合针刺疗法治疗湿热下注型急性痛风性关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将符合纳入标准的82例湿热下注型急性痛风性关节炎患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。观察组采用口服加味四妙散配合针刺疗法,对照组单纯服用加味四妙散,两组均治疗14 d。观察治疗前后两组患者关节症状体征积分和疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)的变化情况,并比较临床疗效。结果:治疗后两组患者的关节症状体征总积分和VAS评分均较治疗前降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者的关节症状体征总积分和VAS评分均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组总有效率为92.68%(38/41),优于对照组的73.17%(30/41),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:两种治疗方法均可减轻关节疼痛,改善关节功能,但加味四妙散联合针刺疗法更优,且无明显不良反应。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of modified Simiao Powder combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute gouty arthritis(AGA)of damp-heat pouring downward.Methods:82 cases of AGA of damp-heat pouring downward were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 41 cases in each group.The control group was treated with modified Simiao Powder;on which basis,the observation group was also treated with acupuncture.The scores of joint symptoms and signs and VAS of pain were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups,and between the two groups after the treatment.Results:The total score of joint symptoms and signs and VAS score were significant decreased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P<0.05);the total score of joint symptoms and signs and VAS score were lower in the observation group than those in the control group after the treatment(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.68%(38/41),which was significantly higher than 73.17%(30/41)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both treatment methods can alleviate joint pain and improve joint function.The therapy of modified Simiao Powder combined with acupuncture is better than simple application of modified Simiao Powder,and it has no obvious adverse reactions.
