公共图书馆老年人健康信息服务策略研究

Research on Health Information Service Strategy for the Elderly in Public Library

“健康中国”战略的实施为我国公共图书馆健康信息服务提出了新的要求,公共图书馆的老年人健康信息服务是响应国家战略、适应老龄化趋势、积极承担社会责任的有益举措。本文通过网络调查法和文献调查法,从服务主体、服务对象、服务平台、服务方式和服务效果五个维度对我国32家省级公共图书馆老年人健康信息服务情况进行调查,分析当前公共图书馆老年人健康信息服务的现状与不足,并依此建议公共图书馆应拓展服务主体能力、精准定位服务对象、打造智慧服务平台、深度挖掘服务方式、及时评估服务效果,以优化老年人健康信息服务工作。图2。表1。参考文献39。

The implementation of the strategy of “Healthy China” has put forward new requirements for the health information service of public libraries in our country. The elderly health information service is a beneficial measure to respond to the national strategy, adapt to the trend of aging, and actively assume social responsibility. This paper uses the network survey method and the literature survey method to investigate 32 provincial public libraries from the five dimensions of service subject, service object, service platform, service mode and service effect, analyzes the current situation and shortage of the elderly health information service in public libraries, and analyzes and thinks about it. The public library should expand the ability of the service subject,accurately locate the service object, build an intelligent service platform, deeply explore the service mode, and timely evaluate the service effect, so as to optimize the service work of the elderly health information. 2 figs. 1 tab. 39 refs.
