资源组拼对创业绩效的影响研究——知识管理的调节作用

Impact of Resource Assembly on Entrepreneurial Performance:Regulating Effect of Knowledge Management

既有研究将组拼视为封闭系统中的资源重排,忽视了创业者在开放系统搜寻知识改善组拼效果的可能性。基于粤港澳大湾区285个新创企业的数据样本,系统考察知识管理对资源组拼与创业绩效的关系的调节作用。研究发现,当新创企业向供应商等外部信息源搜寻知识、采取非正式的人际知识沟通方式以及对知识进行利用式转化时,资源组拼与创业绩效的关系显著提升。当新创企业向组织员工等内部信息源搜寻知识和采取正式的组织知识沟通方式时,资源组拼与创业绩效的关系未见变化。当新创企业对知识进行探索式转化时,资源组拼与创业绩效的关系显著减弱。基于上述结果提出创业实践建议。

The existing research regards resource assembly as resource rearrangement in a closed system,ignoring the possibility of entrepreneurs’searching for knowledge to improve the assembly effect in the open system.Based on the data samples of 285 start-up enterprises in Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,this study systematically investigates the regulating effect of knowledge management on the relationship between resource assembly and entrepreneurial performance.It is found that the relationship between resource assembly and entrepreneurial performance is significantly improved when start-up enterprises search for knowledge from such external information sources as suppliers,adopt informal interpersonal knowledge communication,and make utilization transformation of knowledge;the relationship between resource assembly and entrepreneurial performance remains unchanged when start-up enterprises search for knowledge from such internal information sources as organizational employees and adopt formal organizational knowledge communication modes;and that the relationship between resource assembly and entrepreneurial performance is significantly weakened when start-up enterprises make exploratory transformation of knowledge.Some suggestions on entrepreneurship practice are put forward based on the above research results.
