摘要
介绍了江西某城市生活污水处理厂提标改造工程的设计特点。新增"高密度沉淀池+纤维转盘滤池+纳米催化电解消毒",利用机械浓缩+高效智能板框污泥脱水机工艺改造污泥处理系统,新增生物滤床除臭系统。实际运行表明,提标改造后出水水质达到GB18918-2002中一级A标准,污泥含水率小于60%。
The design features of the upgrading and reconstructed project for a city domestic sewage treatment plant in Jiangxi province was introduced.The dense sedimentation tank,fiber rotary disc filter,and nano-catalytic electrolysis disinfection technology were increased in this project.Modification of sludge treatment system using the mechanical concentration and high-efficiency intelligent plate and frame sludge dewaterer.And a biological deodorization system with a biofilter bed was increased.The actual operation data showed that the effluent quality reached first level A of Discharge Standard of Pollutants in Urban Sewage Treatment Plant GB18918-2002,and the water content of sludge reduced below 60%.
