虚拟学术社区中用户信息搜寻行为的影响因素组合研究——基于模糊集定性比较分析方法

Research on Influencing Factors of User Information Searching Behavior in Virtual Academic Community——Based on fsQCA Method

[目的/意义]了解用户在虚拟学术社区中进行信息搜寻行为的影响因素,旨在推动虚拟学术社区的平台建设,促进虚拟学术社区的信息资源利用和知识交流。[方法/过程]基于动机—机会—能力模型构建虚拟学术社区用户的信息搜寻行为影响因素,在此基础上通过调查问卷获取相应的数据,借助模糊集定性比较分析方法(fsQCA)进行数据处理和分析,挖掘自我提升、兴趣、感知易用性等前提条件,如何组合来影响信息搜寻行为的产生。[结果/结论]最终产生了5种组态,其中,当动机、机会、能力因素同时满足时,虚拟学术社区用户更可能进行信息搜寻行为。

[Purpose/Significance]To understand the influencing factors of users.information searching behavior in virtual academic communities,the purpose is to promote the platform construction of virtual academic communities and promote the utilization of information resources and knowledge exchange in virtual academic communities.[Method/Process]Based on motivation-opportunities-ability model,a virtual academic community factors affecting the user.s information search behavior was built,on this basis,corresponding data were obtained via questionnaire,then data were processed and analysed by means of fuzzy qualitative comparative analysis method(fsQCA),preconditions the self-improvement,interests,perceived ease of usewere mined,and combinations affecting the generation of information search behaviour were dis-[Results/Conclusions]Finally,five combinations are generated.Among them,when motivation,opportunity and ability factors are met at the same time,users of virtual academic community are more likely to conduct information search.
