摘要
目的探讨酪酸梭菌活菌片联合补锌制剂治疗小儿迁延性腹泻的价值及其对机体氧化应激的影响。方法选取2018年10月至2020年8月在本院确诊的86例迁延性腹泻患儿,采用简单随机分组方法将所有纳入对象分为对照组(n=43)和治疗组(n=43)。对照组患儿采用酪酸梭菌活菌片治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联用葡萄糖酸锌口服液,均持续治疗10d。分别于治疗前后检测一氧化氮(NO)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)指标,比较两组临床症状、疗效及治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组患儿治疗的有效率为95.45%,与对照组(88.37%)比较,差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。两组患儿治疗后血清NO、MDA及SOD水平均较治疗前明显好转(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组患儿血清NO、MDA水平明显低于对照组,SOD活性明显高于对照组(P<0.05),大便性状恢复时间、腹胀及腹痛缓解时间均较对照组短(P<0.05)。治疗组患儿治疗期间的不良反应发生率为4.65%,与对照组(2.33%)相比无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论酪酸梭菌活菌片联合补锌制剂治疗可以减轻机体氧化应激反应,缓解临床症状。
Objective To explore the value of Clostridium Butyricum Tablets(CBT)combined with zinc preparation in the treatment of children with persistent diarrhea(PD)and their influences on oxidative stress.Methods A total of 86 children confirmed with PD in the hospital from October 2018 to August 2020 were enrolled and divided into control group(n=43)and treatment group(n=43)by simple random grouping method.The control group was treated with CBT,while treatment group was treated with zinc gluconate oral solution on basis of control group.Both groups were continuously treated for 10d.Before and after treatment,nitric oxide(NO),malondialdehyde(MDA)and superoxide dismutase(SOD)were detected.The clinical symptoms,curative effect and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The difference in response rate of treatment between treatment group and control group was not statistically significant(95.45%vs.88.37%)(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of serum NO,MDA and SOD in both groups were significantly improved(P<0.05).After treatment,levels of serum NO and MDA in treatment group were significantly lower than those in control group,SOD activity was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),recovery time of stool shape,relief time of abdominal distension and abdominal pain were shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).The difference in incidence of adverse reactions during treatment between treatment group and control group was not statistically significant(4.65%vs.2.33%)(P>0.05).Conclusion CBT combined with zinc preparation can relieve oxidative stress response and clinical symptoms.
