龟型耐压壳设计及屈曲数值分析

摘要 以海龟外壳为生物原型,以长江水域为应用场景,研究耐压壳设计及屈曲行为。首先,优选壳体函数,设计龟型耐压壳结构;其次,基于等屈曲原则对耐压壳进行变厚设计,建立壳体厚度表达式,并研究厚度变化规律;最后,建立等厚龟型耐压壳模型,并基于数值法,对该结构进行屈曲研究,分析耐压壳的薄弱区域。结果表明:对于椭球壳部分,无论椭圆率在哪个范围,壳体厚度均在θ=π/2时取最大值;对于球壳部分,在水压、材料和半径确定时,壳体厚度为定值;龟型耐压壳的中间部位及上下两侧为危险区域。
