宁夏食品和生物发酵产业发展研究

Research on the Development of Food and Biological Fermentation Industry in Ningxia

摘要 食品和生物发酵产业是关乎国计民生的基础与战略性新兴产业,该产业的健康发展与公众的膳食营养、饮食安全、人口健康以及社会经济可持续发展息息相关。近年来,宁夏食品与发酵产业发展迅速,已成为消费品工业中与农业依存度最大、与其他行业关联度最大、吸纳城乡就业最多的产业门类之一。本文在全面分析该产业发展现状、产业技术供给与需求状态的基础上,聚焦产业链建设尚不完善、产业发展方式较为粗放、产品同质化程度较高、研发力量与技术创新平台偏弱等制约因素,提出了优先发展的重点产业、重点方向和关键支撑措施。 As an emerging industry and the foundation,food and biological fermentation industry is of great significance to the national economy and people’s livelihood.The sound development of this industry is closely related to people’s dietary nutrition,food safety,population health and the sustainable development of social economy.In recent years,the rapid development of the food and fermentation industry has made it one of the industries with the largest dependence on agriculture,the largest correlation with other industries and the largest absorption of employment in urban and rural areas.In this paper,the industry development status and industrial technology supply and demand are analyzed in detail,aiming at the constraints such as the imperfect construction of industrial chain,unrefined industry development mode,high degree of product homogeneity,insufficient research and development strength and technology innovation platform,suggestions on the priority of key industries,key direction and key support measures are put forward.
