摘要
“十四五”期间,经济社会发展和民生改善比过去任何时候都更加需要科学技术解决方案,社会发展科技创新更应充分发挥引领和支撑作用,推动经济社会发展于危机中育先机、于变局中开新局。本文通过分析宁夏“十三五”社会发展科技创新的成就、问题以及“十四五”期间面临的机遇与挑战,明确提出了宁夏社会发展科技创新的关键需求。
During the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,the economic and social development and the improvement of people’s livelihood require more scientific and technological solutions than ever before.The scientific and technological innovation of social development should give full play to the role of leading and supporting,and promote efforts to foster new opportunities amid challenges and make new advances amid changes.By summarizing the achievements and problems of scientific and technological innovation in the“13th Five-Year Plan”period,as well as the opportunities and challenges faced during the“14th Five-Year Plan”period,this paper attempts to put forward the key demands of scientific and technological innovation in the social development field of Ningxia.
