摘要
让员工参与工作中的民主管理,积极建言献策,能够促进工作改善。本研究选取32家不同类型企业的226名员工作为样本,经实证研究发现,员工建言献策后的建言效能感,对员工的组织认同和组织公民行为都具有显著正向影响,同时员工组织认同对员工组织公民行为有着显著正向影响,组织认同在建言效能感与组织公民行为之间起部分中介作用。
Allowing employees to participate in democratic management at work and actively offer suggestions can promote working efficiency.226 employees from 32 types of enterprises are selected as samples,through empirical research,it is found that the employee’s advice behavior efficacy has a significant positive effect on their organizational identification and organizational citizenship behavior,meanwhile,organizational identification has a significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior,in other words,organizational identification serves as a mediating variable between advice behavior efficacy and organizational citizenship behavior.
