基于复杂适应系统的卓越工程师多主体培养关系协同全过程耦合机制研究

摘要 本文分析了卓越工程师教育培养计划实施中的问题,并基于复杂适应系统理论讨论了高校、企业、政府部门、行业协会和卓越人才自身在培养过程中实现关系协同的要素。通过对参与主体的协同关系及生成维度的剖析,着重构筑了组织机构与信息平台耦合、培养过程耦合、知识体系耦合、运行系统耦合、价值体系耦合和决策与利益协同耦合六大耦合关系,提出多主体深度融合、利益协同、资源优势互补的全过程耦合卓越工程师培养关系协同机制。 This paper aims to analyze the problems in the implementation of the outstanding engineer project,and discuss the factors of realizing the coordination among universities,enterprises,government departments,industrial associations and outstanding talents in the training process based on the theory of complex adaptive systems.Through the analysis of the synergistic relationship and the generating dimensions of the participants,six coupling relationships of the organization and information platform,the cultivation process,the knowledge system,the operation system,the value system and the decision-interest coordination mechanism are constructed.The coordination mechanism of the whole-process coupling of multi-subject deep integration,interest coordination and complementary resource advantage is proposed.
