巩固拓展脱贫攻坚阶段教育扶贫绩效评价

摘要 目前,我国进入了巩固拓展脱贫成果的新阶段,“智志双扶”是教育高质量发展的引擎,是阻断贫困代际传递的根本途径,是乡村振兴接续发展的压舱石。选取2017~2020年相关数据,对甘肃教育扶贫成果从资源投入、设施配置、教育成果产出及教育成效四个维度构建了一套相对完善的教育扶贫绩效评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和灰色关联法构建评价模型,通过多层次灰色关联分析,评价甘肃教育扶贫开展情况,并提出相应的建议,以期对“十四五”教育脱贫绩效评价提供一定参考。 China has entered a new stage of consolidating and improving the achievements of poverty alleviation.The"intellectual assistance"is the engine of high-quality development of education,the fundamental way to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty and the ballast stone for the continuous development of rural revitalization.This study focused on consolidating and improving the achievements of poverty alleviation,selected the relevant data from 2017 to 2020 and constructed a set of relatively perfect performance evaluation index system of educational poverty alleviation in Gansu from four dimensions of resource input,facility configuration,educational output and educational effectiveness.The evaluation model was constructed by analytic hierarchy process and grey correlation method.Through multi-level grey correlation analysis to evaluate educational poverty alleviation in Gansu and put forward some corresponding suggestions in order to provide reference for the performance evaluation of educational poverty alleviation in the 14th Five-Year Plan.
