应用MSCT三期增强扫描评估结直肠癌术前分期的准确性研究

Accuracy of MSCT Three Phases Enhanced Scans in Evaluating Preoperative Staging of Colorectal Cancer

目的研究应用MSCT三期增强扫描评估结直肠癌术前分期的准确性。方法选取本院2017年4月至2019年8月收治的48例结直肠癌患者作为研究对象,以病理结果为“金标准”,评估MSCT检查对结直肠癌术前T、N、M分期的诊断准确率。结果MSCT检查对结直肠癌术前T分期诊断准确率为85.42%;对N分期的诊断准确率为72.92%(60/87);对M分期的诊断准确率为97.92%。结论MSCT检查可很好的显示结直肠癌的影像学特征,准确评估肿瘤分期,为临床诊治提供依据。

Objective To study the accuracy of MSCT three phases enhanced scans in evaluating preoperative staging of colorectal cancer.Methods 48 patients with colorectal cancer treated in our hospital from April 2017 to August 2019 were selected as the research objects,and the pathological results were used as the"gold standard"to evaluate the accuracy of the MSCT examination in the diagnosis of the T,N,and M staging of colorectal cancer before surgery.Results The accuracy of MSCT in preoperative T staging of colorectal cancer was 85.42%;The accuracy of N staging was 72.92%(60/87);The diagnostic accuracy of M staging was 97.92%.Conclusion MSCT can show the imaging features of colorectal cancer,accurately evaluate tumor stage,and provide a basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment.
