基于HACCP的医院抗疫管理创新实践及思考

The innovative practice and thinking of hospital management during the COVID-19 based on HACCP system

面对新冠肺炎疫情,国内医院积极创新应对不同阶段的挑战,取得了一系列成功经验。文章结合危害分析与关键控制点分析方法(HACCP)和应急管理相关理论,根据医院疫情管理不同阶段特点,从高发期、缓和期和后疫情期三个阶段分别总结医院疫情管理面临的挑战及采取的创新措施。在此基础上,运用HACCP体系,针对医院疫情应急管理目前存在及未来可能出现的问题,构建优化策略框架,以期实现医院疫情管理精准化、科学化和动态化,为后续抗疫工作及医院应急管理体系建设与完善提供借鉴与参考。

Facing the COVID-19,hospitals actively innovate to meet the challenges of different periods and gain a series of successful experiences.Based on the Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point(HACCP)and the theory of emergency management,this paper summarized the challenges and innovative measures taken in COVID-19 from the three periods of high incidence,mitigation and post-epidemic period according to the characteristics of different periods.Then,according to the existing and possible problems in hospital epidemic emergency management,this study constructed an optimized strategic framework with a view to realizing the precision,scientific and dynamic management of hospital epidemic by using HACCP system and providing reference for the follow-up anti-epidemic work and the construction and perfection of hospital emergency management system.
