医改进程的不断深化对公立医院党建质量提出了更高要求。如何充分发挥党的全面领导作用、更好地满足新时代改革发展的需要,成为公立医院亟需研究的课题。在广泛调研、精准归纳的基础上,以提升党的建设质量为目标,以“思想建党、文化建院”为中心思想,从认知层面、行为层面、战略层面构建公立医院“三面一体”党建运行模式,为公立医院开展党建工作提供借鉴。

The continuous deepening of the medical improvement process has put forward higher requirements for the quality of Party building in public hospitals.How to give full play to the Party's overall leadership role and better meet the needs of reform and development in the new era has become an urgent research topic for public hospitals.On the basis of extensive research and accurate induction,with the goal of improving the quality of Party building,with‘ideological building of the Party and cultural building’as the central idea,the‘three-in-one’Party building of public hospitals is constructed from the cognitive,behavioral and strategic levels.The operation mode provides a reference for public hospitals to carry out Party building work.
