摘要
为了提高厚壁不锈钢管道焊接质量及焊接效率、降低施工成本,实现管道全位置焊接,开发一种全位置熔化极气保自动焊技术。焊接系统由智能控制电源、楔形柔性摩擦轨道、控制系统等组成。开展焊接工艺试验,对焊接接头进行拉伸力学性能测试、弯曲性能测试、晶间耐腐蚀性能试验、化学成分分析、微观金相分析以及对焊缝进行了铁素体含量检测等一系列试验,结果表明,各项性能指标均能符合压力管道施工标准要求。工程应用中焊接合格率达到96%以上,各项指标达到设计要求,焊缝质量可靠,降低了施工成本,实现了厚壁不锈钢管道全位置自动焊接。
In order to enhance the welding quality and efficiency,reduce the cost in construction,and realize all-position welding for thick stainless-steel pipe,all-position automatic gas metal arc welding technology has been developed.The welding system is composed of smart control power supply,flexible wedge-shape friction track and control system.The welding procedure test for this welding system was then carried out,including tension mechanical performance test,bending performance test,intergranular corrosion resistance measurement,chemical composition analysis,micro metallographic analysis,and ferrite content measurement.It was shown that all of the results were in consistence with the requirements in construction standards and specification for pressure piping.By using this welding technology,the qualification rate can reach above of 96%and welding quality is reliable.Moreover,every index designated in the design requirements can be met,and at the same times,construction cost is reduced.With this system all-position automatic welding for thick stainless-steel pipe has been realized.
