摘要
通过对结晶工艺的研究,开发了一种溶析法制备氟氧头孢钠的结晶工艺。通过对溶析结晶的主要控制参数,成功筛选出包括结晶温度0~5℃、溶析剂分段加入方式、搅拌转速150 r/min和料液略显浑浊加入晶种等最佳的结晶条件,获得产品纯度高。该工艺工艺操作简单,适于产业化转化,具有广泛的应用前景。
In this paper,through the study of crystallization process,a dilution crystallization process for the preparation of flomoxef sodium by dissolution method was developed.Through the main control parameters of Dilution crystallization,the best crystallization conditions including crystallization temperature of 0~5℃,piecewise addition mode of dissolving agent,stirring speed of 150 r/min,slightly turbid feed liquid and adding crystal seed were successfully selected,and the product with high purity was obtained.The process was simple to operation,suitable for industrial transformation,and had a wide application prospect.
