天然气长输管线压缩机干气密封的设计与应用

摘要 天然气管线压缩机干气密封具有轴径大、压力高、频繁启停等特点,国产化研制难度较大。介绍了国产化研制过程中的端面流场、摩擦副温度场及热力变形理论分析,关键结构设计与选材,性能测试试验程序与结果,现场应用等方面,研制的产品能够满足现场工况要求,达到了预期效果。同时给出了该类压缩机干气密封的结构型式、槽型数据、泄漏量标准、主要结构细节等关键信息,为其他管线压缩机干气密封的研制工作提供了一些参考。 The dry gas seal(DGS)of natural gas pipeline compressor has the characteristics of large shaft diameter,high pressure and frequent start and stop,so it is difficult to develop it domestically.In this paper,the theoretical analysis of end face flow field,friction pair temperature field and thermal deformation,key structure design and material selection,performance test procedures and results,field application and other aspects in the process of domestic development were introduced.The developed products can meet the requirements of field working conditions and achieve the expected results.At the same time,the structural type,groove data,leakage standard,main structural details and other key information of dry gas seal of this kind of compressor were given,which provided some references for the development of dry gas seal of other pipeline compressors.
